Here is a plug for a nice little website which enables you to use 500+ movie clips that illustrate and inspire for use in your youth ministry.

Movie clips are a great resource for using as an illustration with a talk/sermon, or for small group discussions.

You can stream all the clips, but by coming a basic subscriber you can download the clips as well without cost.

 

Another feature that is worth mentioning is the ability to embed a video clip onto your website/blog etc as I have done above.

As you can imagine they have premium subscriptions that cost money, which means you get better resolution, and also they make it easier to search the clips on their website and they have some “sermon outlines” to go with the clips.

I tested out becoming a basic subscriber, and downloading movie clips. It worked really well for me. It saves money on renting dvds, and in fact makes it legal to show in front of your group. And being a cheap skate myself, I think I am happy with the basic level of subscription and recommended Wingclips to you.
